How does the event work?
Complete tasks given by Rapunzel, help her choose clothes and accessories, and earn rewards!
What tasks am I supposed to complete?
Your current task will appear near the middle of the event screen on the right (it's been circled in red in the image below). When you complete your current task, your next one may be completely different, so pay close attention to the specific task mentioned there throughout the event!

FAQs
Why am I not earning progress when trying to complete my current task?
There are a few things you can try if progress toward your current task is not displaying:
- Make sure the action you're taking matches the current task -- We have seen some confusion, especially when completing a task and switching to a new one. If you don't see progress being displayed as you play the event, please first check to see if you are taking the correct action (ex: chopping Obstacles, using Mines, tapping Pixies, etc), requested for your current task.

Try opening up the event screen -- The EverMerge team is currently investigating an error causing progress to not appear in the meter on the event icon (at the bottom of the game screen, as seen in the image below). If you aren't seeing progress in the meter there, try tapping the event icon, and wait a moment, and hopefully you'll see progress displaying correctly on the main event screen.
- Try closing and reopening EverMerge -- If progress still is not displaying correctly, we suggest closing down the game fully, and reopening it. Hopefully this will refresh enough game data to resolve the error. For more info on closing the app fully, see the following article: Close Running Apps
How do I earn rewards?
Each time you complete a task and choose the clothing or accessory you'd like to add to Rapunzel's outfit, you'll earn a reward! After a moment, you should see an Airship appear, containing your reward.
- What if I don't see any reward? Certain rewards might be sent to other areas of your game. It's possible that your Airship is appearing on Paradise Cove or Mystic Isle - be sure to check here as well.
My event suddenly disappeared! Where did it go?
The EverMerge team is currently working to resolve an error causing the event icon to not appear as it should at all times.
