What is my User ID?
Your User ID is a unique number used to identify your account. It helps Customer Support locate your account more quickly when you need help.
Please include your User ID when contacting Customer Support with a problem or question.
How do I find my User ID?
It's easy! If you've already linked the game to your Facebook profile or Big Fish account, just follow these steps:
- Open EverMerge.
- On the home screen tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Tap the version number, 'v.####' (v.some number), at the bottom of the Settings menu.
- Your User Support ID will appear at the top of the versions screen.
