We are aware of an issue with the Corrupt Profile error message appearing when opening or signing in to the game. This is still being investigated and we apologize for the inconvenience this causes and hope to have this resolved soon.
While the team is still investigating, we have found that the following steps have helped some players using multiple devices to get back into their game. To see if these work for you, please follow the steps below:
- Open EverMerge and play on each device and see which one Does Not give an error (This will be Device 1)
- On the device that does give the error, or shows the Blue Cloud icon, completely close the game (This will be Device 2)
- On Device 1, please travel to Mystic Isle and back to the main game before closing the game.
- Switch back to Device 2 and open EverMerge.
- If a message appears saying “Found Data” please load from Cloud Save
